Here are a couple exercises we are having our athlete do as he ramps up to getting back onto the court. 
We like to add in single leg Plyometrics in different patterns and planes to get the knee tolerating the loads prior to getting back to hooping.
We also like the slant board to strengthen and condition in the lateral plane.

When you fracture your wrist, normally you have a cast on for several weeks as the first step. 
After taking off the cast the most important thing we have to work on is mobility then strength!
We see often times that people skip the rehab portion after coming off the cast and go straight into basketball. 
This will lead to inability to dribble or shoot correctly because you do not have the adequate mobility in the wrist!
Once you achieve the wrist it is important to start working on your strength!

Make rehab fun again!
We like to incorporate a basketball into our treatment session so the athlete can still feel connected to the sport even though they can not return for up to a year !
First we perform the movement without a ball then we add a basketball environment. Lastly we have them respond to an external stimuli such as telling them when to change or reacting to a defender 
Here we have our athlete returning back to basketball following ACL Surgery!
We are working on deceleration and 45 degree change in direction!

We often spend most of our time addressing lower extremity injuries such as ankles, knees and hips but the upper body needs to get some love as well!

In this stage we are gearing him to do more on the court basketball activities and movements.
