It is for any athlete of any age, who wants to optimize their shoulder’s stability and health!  

As Doctors of Physical Therapy, we have seen countless number of patients and athletes come in with various shoulder injuries, and some form of shoulder instability is the main complaint. Using the latest evidence based research and years of our clinical experience we have designed an effective shoulder stability p/rehab program to gain stability, strength, and health of the shoulder.

This program requires very little equipment. All you would need is:

  • Foam Roller
  • Tennis/Lacrosse Ball
  • Air-ex Pad/Pillows/Blanket/Towels

  • Weights (Kettle Bell, Dumbbell, Household Items)

The Shoulder Stability P/Rehab Program includes exercise videos with verbal and written instructions of over 150 videos. Each exercise provides you with details regarding how to perform it, where you should be feeling it, and common compensations to avoid. We also tell you exactly how many reps, sets and rest period should be done per exercise.  

The program will take you through a step-by-step progression on how we believe to get your shoulder strong, stable, and healthy. These exercises will focus on strengthening, mobility and stability to get you playing sports and every day life.

The Shoulder Stability P/Rehab Program is a total of 6 weeks. Each weeks consists of 5 training days, with 3 days being your big rehab days (45-60 minutes) and the other two days being shorter (30-45 minutes) that are focused on different goals.
