Hoopers add this exercise!
.
Great exercise to work on several different things such as mobility and tendon health.
.
It works on Achilles and patellar tendon strength by being in an isometric position.
It also works on mobility via dorsiflexion, big toe extension, and hip extension.

‼️NBA Injury Alert‼️ . What do you think S ‼️NBA Injury Alert‼️
.
What do you think Steph Curry Injury is?
.
Comment below what structure you think he injured?
.
We only know so far that he is going to be out for a couple of weeks.
.
Based on the video and the mechanism of injury we think it can be either a bone bruise or a MCL injury.
If it’s a MCL injury it depends on the severity and how lax his ligament is which will determine how long he will be out for.
If it’s a bone bruise depending on the severity and the pain will determine how long he is out for.
.
But what do you guys think?

Osgood Schlatters affects teens during, prior or after their growth spurts.
It usually gets flared up after doing activities that overload the quadriceps muscles such as playing sports like basketball, soccer, volleyball and football.
We recommend activity modification while you play and do your rehab.
One of our favorite exercises are these flute bridges with your heel off the ground!

.
Here we place cups in his lats as well as rotator cuff and had him go through movements.
You have to be doing movement while having cups on don’t just leave the cups on your body!
